To complete the application, mitigation acceptance is necessary and DWR awaits the letter of acceptance from DMS before it can fully process the modification. However, the intent of the Notice of Violation was actually receive the final modification application, which has now been researched, drawn up on plan sheets, and submitted for approval. The permitting process may proceed with the details of the submittal worked out during that process. As the intent of the violation has been met, the Notice of Violation is lifted and the modification will be issued as soon as the details are worked out. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
