submitted on October 24, 2019 for the No Exposure Certification for Exclusion for
the facility located at 161 Proctor Lane, Lexington NC.
Please note that you are obligated to maintain no exposure conditions at your
facility. If conditions change such that your facility can no longer qualify for the no
exposure exclusion, you are obligated to immediately obtain NPDES permit
coverage for your stormwater discharge. Otherwise, the discharge becomes
