recommend coverage under the NCG080000 be granted as proposed with the following note:
As discussed on site, the permittee may reduce their sampling points to one location which receives runoff from both
listed outfalls.

This NOI inspection resolves NOV-2019-PC-0653 for Site WT002803. Both file locations have been linked to each other in
LF, the NOV has been closed in BIMS, and I will be uploading the email once sent.
