I've reviewed the information you submitted in your e-mail regarding the changes for the proposed replacement of
Bridge 36 in Hyde County. The changes are minor as described below:
• Wetland fill has been reduced from 1,631 ft2 to 1,596 ft2 —a reduction of 35 ft2
• Wetland hand clearing has been reduced from 1,943 ft2 to 1,938 ft2 - a reduction of 5 ft2
• Total buffer impacts have been reduced from 2,532 ft2 to 2,527 ft2 - a reduction of 5 ft2
A modification of the 401/Buffer Authorization will not be required. The information you submitted will be sufficient for
our files.

Subject: Hyde 36 Revisions
I have submitted a revised permit drawing packet to Laserfiche today. The consultant made a correction to one of the
cross sections on Sheet X-3 and revised the impact numbers slightly on Sheets 6 & 7. Doesn't affect the impact numbers
enough to require a revision to the mitigation letter. Attached documents are now on Laserfiche.
