Here are what we need for the Diffuse Flow Plan review of this project:
1. A detailed stormwater drainage plan including all stormwater
drainage patterns and outlets to clearly show that the project meets 15A
NCAC 02H .1003(2)(b) “Stormwater shall be designed to maximize dispersed
flow through vegetated areas and minimize channel flow”.
2. A detailed stormwater drainage plan to clearly show that the
project meets 15A NCAC 02H .1003(2)(c) “Stormwater that cannot be
released as dispersed flow shall be transported by vegetated
conveyances”. Please provide design plans and calculations for all
vegetated conveyances such as swales, and/or level spreader, etc.
3. Supplement EZ

level spreader.
4. The design plans shall also include:
a) Delineation of drainage area of the proposed level spreader and
any other vegetated conveyances (if applicable).
b) Site specific plan view and profile view of the level spreader
that depict actual design details, dimensions, and elevations.
c) The entire footprint of the level spreader and delineation of
the maintenance accesses.
