The Division has reviewed your submittal of the No Exposure Certification for Exclusion from NPDES
Stormwater Permitting form, which we last inspection on September 15, 2016. The Division is unable to
concur with your certification of No -Exposure.
Based on an inspection of your facility on October 23, 2018, Mooresville Regional Office staff found that
industrial activities or materials on your site either are exposed, or have the potential to be exposed, DEMLR
cannot grant your requested exemption from permit coverage when industrial activities or materials are
exposed or have the potential to be exposed. Please see attached inspection report.

V Inspection Summary:
This inspection was conducted as a follow-up to the request for the No Exposure Certification for Renner USA Corporation.
Jennifer Hernandez was present for the inspection. At the time of the inspection, drums and materials mentioned in previous
inspections were inside the facility and under permanent cover. During the inspection, evidence of past material exposed to
stormwater, was found on the cement from the load inglunloading area to the dumpsters. The No Exposure should not be
granted at this time, however, a follow-up inspection in 3-6 months is recommended to re-evaluate the conditions of the area
with previously exposed material. Please continue with the NCG090029 permit.

Inspection Summary:
This inspection was conducted to follow up on a request for a No Exposure certification for Renner USA Corporation. Upon
inspection, I noted that there was an unlabeled drum near the dumpsters and materials on the ground outside of the
dumpsters. The No Exposure certificate should not be approved until all materials are removed from the site or placed under
complete and permanent cover.
I was unable to contact Leopold Migoto before and after this inspection due to an incorrect phone number. I spoke with a
floor supervisor on site who said that the materials/drum outside would be removed asap. Once all materials and/or drums
are removed and there are no materials subject to stormwater, please contact our office to request a No Exposure
Certifaction.
