No cattle will have access to this project. EEP also regrets the removal of the UT to Zack's Forks portion of the project; however, there were several limitations that made this portion of the project financially unviable. In the meantime, please do not hesitate to contact me should any additional questions or concerns be raised. We concur with the proposed approach and feel that the site is a good candidate for restoration and enhancement work. The 401 Water Quality Certification is deemed issued. It is unfortunate that the central portion of the LIT to Lower Creek could not be included in the project. DWQ feels that the water quality improvement from this project is diminished somewhat by the continued access to livestock in the reach of stream excluded from the project. Based on the restoration plan, it appears that this reach was included in the design but was omitted from the project. DWQ hopes that this reach can be qadded in the future.
