This is for outfall A2. The storm water general permit covers the Hanes Mill Road Landfill operated by the City of Winston-Salem/Forsyth County Utility Commission. Certificate of Coverage became active November 1, 2007. All samples taken as part of the analytical requirement were taken during a representative storm event and analyzed by a NC certified lab. It is important to note that some outfalls did not produce enough runoff to obtain sufficient sample aliquot to analyze. The stormwater general permit covers the Hanes Mill Road Landfill operated by the City of Winston-Salem/Forsyth County Utility Commission. Certificate of Coverage became active November 1, 2007. All samples taken as part of the analytical requirement were taken during a representative storm event and analyzed by a NC certified lab. It is important to note that some outfalls did not produce enough runoff to obtain sufficient sample 'aliquot to analyze. Accordingly, outfalls F, B, A1, and A2 are now at the Tier 2 level response.
