REQUEST FOR MORE INFORMATION-EXPRESS REVIEW PROGRAM
Dear Mr. Hughes:
On November 21, 2006, the Division of Water Quality (DWQ) received additional information to accompany
your October 24`h PCN application to impact approximately 529 linear feet of streams and 0.143 acres of wetlands
at the above referenced site. This re-submittal did not include all of the information requested. Please provide
the following information so that we may continue to review your project and prevent denial of your
application as required by 15A NCAC 2H .0506:
Stormwater Management Plan:
a) The worksheets for the bioretention area and the pond were not submitted as
required. These worksheets can be found on the DWQ website at:
http://h2o. enr.state.nc.us/ncwetlands/regcert.html.
Please respond within five (5) days of the date of this letter by sending one (1) copy to the attention of: Cynthia
Van Der Wiele, NCDWQ Wetlands Unit/Express Review Program, 2321 Crabtree Blvd., Suite 250, Raleigh, NC
27604 and two (2) sets of this information to the attention of: Barry Love, DWQ Mooresville Regional Office.
The Express Review Program is a process that requires all parties to participate in a timely manner.
If the DWQ feels the Express Review Program is the incorrect review program for your project, then we may
have to return your application and have it reviewed through our regular 401 Water Quality Certification
Program.
