To Whom It May Concern:
_ US Chemical Storage was not able to collect a stormwater monitoring sample during this
reporting period. Employee turnover at the facility has resulted in a new individual taking
responsibility of stormwater sampling. Unfortunately, due to this turnover, the sampling
requirement was overlooked during the monitoring period.
Going forward, the facility will ensure samples are collected and analyzed as required. US
Chemical Storage has retained the services of an environmental consulting firm to provide
reminders and assistance.
