The site drains to White Oak River, which is currently classified as Class SC Waters in the White Oak River Basin. The following observations were noted during the DEMLR inspection (please see the attached addendum for additional information about your permit): 1) Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan SPPP A Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SPPP) has not been developed, recorded, and properly implemented. Yes ❑ No 0 2) Qualitative Monitoring Qualitative monitoring has not been conducted and recorded in accordance with permit requirements. Yes ❑ No Other Observations: The facility is in very good condition and is well maintained. Please document all the efforts you make to this end by developing a SPPP. The Caspers had a folderwith the permit and permitting documentation and coorespondence, they need to develop a stormwater pollution prevention plan per permit requirements. Sampling protocols required in the permit must be taken. The outfali was identified as being adjacent to the boat lift. WT Casper inspects and maintains the facility on a daily basis. The facility is very clean with no evidence of oil spills or bottom paint on the grounds. This needs to be documented.
