On February 13, 2019 this facility was inspected for compliance. I met with Jason Creighton on site. No major issues were
observed during the inspection. However, it is requested that the permittee obtain documentation confirming the total gallons
of new liquid products ordered for the vehicle maintenance area to show that a total of 55 gallons a month is not used by the
facility.
