This permit is issued pursuant to the requirements of North Carolina General Statute 143-215.1 and the Memorandum of Agreement between North Carolina and the US Environmental Protection Agency dated October 15, 2007 (or as subsequently amended). On your application, it was noted that there was only one discharge point conveying stormwater from the property. Based on an August 8, 2016 inspection performed by the DEMLR Wilmington Regional Office, it appears that there are more than one stormwater discharge points from this property. Please reevaluate the site to identify all stormwater discharge points and update our stormwater pollution prevention plan accordingly_. Please take notice that this certificate of coverage is not transferable except upon approval of the Division of Energy, Mineral and Land Resources. The Division of Energy, Mineral and Land Resources may require modification or revocation and reissuance of the certificate of coverage.
