On June 27, 2018 Brian Lambe from the Wilmington Regional Office of the Division of Energy, Mineral,
and Land Resources (DEMLR), conducted a compliance evaluation inspection for Nash Johnson and Sons
Inc Grain Elevator located in Duplin County, North Carolina.

Inspection Summary
Louis Lambert is no longerwith the company. Michael Newton is the interim manager. Chris Murray is Nash Johnson's
Corporate Environmental Manager and the contact person (910-990-7921).
This was part of a DEQ multi -media inspection.
While continuous cleanup of grain is neccesary, the site operations is entirely undercover. The area next to the furnace
had some grain on the ground, but the area is to be concreted in the coming months. An area behind the silos had some
grain on the ground and in a bucket as a result of a malfunction. We discussed if the site qualifies for no exposure. Brian
Lambe spoke to Chris Murray after the inspection. Murray indicated that he would submit NE paperwork. An additional
inspection will be forthcoming when the application is received.
