I don't know that there is a sample O&M agreement for the bioretention. That is something you'll have to create based on the maintenance requirements of the plants, etc. There is much to be gleaned from the BMP Manual and Bill Hunt's webpage. Cynthia Jay Guffey wrote: Cynthia, Eddie MacEldowney asked that I complete the 0&M Agreement that included both types of storm water BMP's and the revised design sheets. Is there a typical O&M Aggreement for Bioretention areas? I have looked through DWQ's website and didn't see it. I am pretty sure I have overlooked it, but if you could point it out to me, I will be glad to revise the 0&M and get this to you as quickly as possible. Thanks. Thank you, Cynthia Barry Love wrote: Cynthia, I got a call earlier today from Jay Guffy of Davis-Martin-and Powell. He is also working on the School G Project. He had specific questions about the forebay and littoral shelf, so I suggested he contact you. He said he had called you, so I suggested he email you also. Have you heard from him? His ph. # is 336-886-4821. Barry Cynthia F Van Der Wiele wrote: Heather, I tried called Eddie and left a message. A bioretention cell would be acceptable. Please submit as soon as you are able; we'd like to be able to turn this around before the holiday hits next week. Thanks! Subject: RE: School G Permit Package I received comments today on our storm water plan and have the following comments: The drainage area for basin #4 is 1.20 acres. It is really necessary to provide something for that small an area. If we have to do this perhaps a small bio cell in this area or try to get it back to the pond. 2 of 5 11/28/2006 11:51 AM Re: FW: School G Pernut Package The only areas in the back are the roofs and sidewalks. No parking lots drain to the back. Pollutants will be minimal. If something more than a swale will be needed perhaps a bio cell. I will call tomorrow to discuss.
