REMARKS:
There have been no changes to the amenities located within the Lake Wylie project boundary previously
authorized under DWR's original certification (#15-0356V2).... minor adjustments have been made to the
buffer area amenities as shown on the included site plan. This application is being filed to request
extension of the certification's coverage for those lakeside activities and for the site plan revisions that
occurred within the buffer area.

1. Attach a vicinity map (i.e. street map) clearly showing the location of the property with
respect to local landmarks such as towns, rivers, and roads.
2. Provide a detailed site plan showing property boundaries and proposed locations of
vegetation clearing, structures (buildings, retaining walls, docks, impervious surfaces,
etc.), rip rap, excavation or dredging below Full Pond/ Normal Water Level elevations,
and construction access corridors. You may use the diagram provided at the end of this
application form.

lakeside and buffer area amenities remain to be done: 4 cluster docks 1 bulkhead 1 boat
launch ramp, 1 boarding pier, a staging area, access boardwalks, and the launch pad
access drive

50 feet landward to be impacted (number of trees, for instance): There is no vegetation
that will be impacted above the normal water level to the 50' buffer line.
