Frank,
I was looking over the additional information you provided on 8/21. Everything looks good except for a few small issues:
- The provided applications still indicates that the project is low density. Please provide a corrected application
(The application does not need to be signed again, just provide the corrected page).
- The Supplement-EZ form is missing the entire site drainage area information (Drainage area sheet) and appears
to have the wrong design volume for the sand filter (53,933 sf), refer to sand filter MDC 3. Please provide a
corrected, signed, original Supplement-EZ form.
- We require 2 hard copies of the plans (One gets approved and sent back with the application and we keep one
for our records). Please provide a second copy of the 8/20/19 plans.
Since these are really minor things, once I get the hard copies and the documents are uploaded to Laserfiche (Provided
everything is still in order), we can issue the permit without doing another 30+ day review period.
