Good morning Bethany,
The entire site boundary encompasses 560 acres. However, the project will be completed in phases: the initial
construction activities covered by this eNOI will only include pile driving activities on a small portion of the site, ie, the 1
acre listed in the eNCI. Future construction activities will including disturbance of a much larger portion of the 560-acre
site and will be reflected in a later modification.
We have no issue stating 560 acres as the total site area if you feel that is a better reflection of the site; the disturbed
area for this phase of the work will remain as 0.91 acres.

I am reviewing the eNOI application for this project in Edgecombe County, and I noticed that the E&SC
Approval letter is for a substantial acreage (560 acres), but the eNOI notes only 0.91 acres of disturbance (with
a total site area of 1.00 acres). Is there a reason for the discrepancy?
