On October 24, 2019 this facility was inspected for compliance. i met with Sam Calvert on site. During the inspection, the
following was noted:
The Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan on site was a copy of the SWPPP for the Fayetteville Regional Airport SWPPP.
The permittee is directed to create a SWPPP specific to this facility, and meeting all requirements outlined in the
NCG150000 General Permit.
Please give the above item your immediate attention.
This facility will be re -inspected on or after December 10, 2019, if the above items are not addressed, further action will be
taken.
