On October 29, 2019 1 visited the Smoky Mountain Natural Stone (NCG070219) facility in McDowell County. I met with
Nick Waycaster on site and discussed permit responsibilities. I recommend granting coverage under NCG07 to the
facility as proposed.

This visit was for an NOI being submitted in response to NOV-2019-PC-0386. I have closed the NOV in BIMS and have
linked the WT002701 and NCG070219 files to each other in LF. I will upload this email to LF as soon as I send it.
