On November 5, 2019 this facility was inspected for compliance. I met with Lucy Crocker on site. No major issues were
noted during the inspection.
It was discussed on site that, during construction activities at the facility, the sampling point will temporarily be located at
the manhole adjacent to the parking lot at shipping and receiving. The relocation of the monitoring point is acknowledged
