This refers to the referenced inspection report performed by Ms. Melisa Joyner of your staff on September 30,
2019 in this report three items of noncompliance were found; the items were listed which requested a response
from us.
The first matter concerned Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SPPP), was not properly implemented. All
necessary corrections have been updated for establishing a proper plan implementation. Corresponding
documentation is attached to this letter.
The second and third matters concern Quality and Analytical Monitoring. We have this responsibility assigned
to the SPPP Team to conduct this monitoring twice per year. The first monitoring will take place between
January -June and the second monitoring July -December.
PacklQ started operations on this property on May 06, 2019. Before that date, Damm Services Corporation was
the company responsible for the management group in charge of the operations on the same property. Because
they are two totally different organizations, packlQ operated under the premise that Analytical Monitoring was
