On October 19, 1998, I met with you and conducted a site visit of the property involved in the above
referenced project. It was determined as a result of the site visit that the feature present in the middle of the
tract of land (indicated on the attached map and high lighted) is subject to protection under the Neuse River
Basin: Nutrient Sensitive Waters Management Strategy; Protection and Maintenance of Existing Riparian
Areas, Administrative Code T15A:02B.0233. This project is referenced by the Raleigh Regional Office as
NBR-RRO 099.
