Croasdaile Country Club located at the intersection of Medford Road and Cole Mill Road
has plans to do some improvements to the intersection so as to make it more asthetically pleasin
An existin and outlets its water into a gassed lined channel and the channel is rou hly I(H) feet:.
The existing outlet device is a 15" RCP and we plan to extend the 15" RCP appr?xirnately c48'

Our delima lies in. the fact that the channel is an intermittant stream and it shows up on the USG'S
ma and the channel is r! elated by the Neuse River Buffer Rules. The Country Club wants to

The concrete channel will be constructed fora proximately 30 feet. The impact on the area is
extremely, minimal and as such, we are wandering what measures can he taken in of orts to obtain
