Dear Ms. Powell:

Please accept this letter as the Town of Woodfin’s abbreviated 2019 Annual
Report. As mentioned in our previous email exchange the Town of Woodfin is
currently working with the Department of Environmental Quality to bring the
Town’s MS4 permit into compliance, as it is currently deficient.

In light of this ongoing effort and due to staffing issues, the Town of Woodfin is
not in a position currently to file a complete Annual Report.

The Town of Woodfin’s permit number is NPDES MS4 Permit number
NCS000440 our Notice of Violation is NOV-209-PC-0638.The DEQ staff
member responsible for our case file is Isiah Reed.
