b On August 11, 1998, I conducted a site visit for the above referenced project. This project
is referenced by the Raleigh Regional Office as NBR RRO-046 and the Wetlands Group as 98-3822.
It was determined that there are two features present on this tract of land. The larger water body that
flows through the entire property and the western feature indicated on the map as flags 100 to 104
?a;*n are intermittent streams and therefore subject to the Neuse River Basin: Nutrient Sensitive Waters
Management Strategy; Protection and Maintenance of Existing Riparian Areas, Administrative Code
T15A:02B.0233 (NCAC 0233).
x The large feature begins off of the subject property and the map received by the Raleigh
Regional Office on August 4, 1998 indicates the fifty foot riparian buffer. The subject water bodies
.. are indicated with blue high lighter.

The riparian area around the subject water bodies must be protected to avoid any activity that
would result in water quality standard violations or disrupt the structural or functional integrity of
"- the riparian area.
