Hi. In the above referenced eN01 application, Part A — No. 9 — Date to Begin = 10/4/2019, but the E&SC plan approval =
10/17/2019. Please confirm that work has not yet begun on the project site. Please also provide an updated begin
date if possible. Please respond to this email with needed information by 1:30 pm today (10/21). 1 am leaving early
today and will be out of office tomorrow, so I need this confirmation by later today. Thx.
BTW. Since this same issue has occurred with two applications, your team may want to review all eN01 applications to
prevent this from happening again. Thx.
