Please accept this Rescission Request Form for Riverbend's Industrial Stormwater Permit. A recent "No
Exposure Certification" was submitted for outfalls 10, 11 and 12 at the Lark Maintenance Facility.
Steps have been taken both in and around the Lark Maintenance Facility to meet these requirements.
At Riverbend Steam Station, ash excavation was completed by March 2019 and the steam station and
admin building were demoed and removed by December 2018. With those activities complete, the
drainage areas for these outfalls do not meet the definition of Industrial Activity and therefore the permit
is needing to be rescinded.
