Dear Mr. Hamel:
On August 26, 2009, at your request and in your attendance, Amy Euliss, NC Division of Water Quality
(NCDWQ) staff, conducted an on-site determination to review drainage feature's located along the Bowers
to Lake Rail section in Davidson County for applicability to the Isolated Wetlands and Waters rules (15A
NCAC 2H .1300) and for applicability to the mitigation rules (15A NCAC 2H.0506(h). See table I for
streams and table 2 for isolated wetlands. The drainage features are approximated on the attached maps
(Figures 2A-2P) produced by Axiom Environmental dated June, 2009 initialed on 10/8/2009.
