The attached inspection form notes the areas that were evaluated for the inspection, with notable issues summarized as follows: 1. Please be reminded that Part 1, Section C requires the discharged effluent to be analyzed at least once per year to verify its compliance with effluent limits. The analysis must be conducted by a certified laboratory. A list of labs in this area is enclosed. Observed the outlet. Creek looks clear. Mr. Beck said there's rarely any discharge. Chlorination status unknown - previous inspections have noted that chlorination is inoperable, and that a repair was required some 10+ years ago under the previous owner but never completed. I discussed septic tank pumping and monitoring requirements, and left a copy of the current permit and technical bulletin.
