I checked in BIMS, and can report as follows:
• BIMS shows that we received that renewal application in November, 2013;
• Bradley is still listed as the reviewer, which means he has not yet assigned the permit to one of us;
• We have a pretty substantial backlog now in individual permits, some older than this one;
• We have taken a first batch of individual permit renewals and new applications and spread them around to all
staff in the SPP;
• But this one wasn't in the first batch.
I can't reliably estimate when we will get to this one. However, the permittee is not at risk, since the burden is on us to
process the application. Even if we do not process this by the time of the expiration date on the face of the permit, the
permit remains in effect until we can process it, as long as the permittee has made a timely renewal application.
When one of us is assigned to this renewal, we will contact the permittee to let him know that we are actively
processing the application.
