Yard Waste Notification - Facility Renewal

  • Pursuant to 15A NCAC 13B .1402(g)(1)(A) and .1402(e)(6)(A), the owner or operator of any Small Type 1 Facility (yard waste) which has an operation area of less than two acres of land and be limited to no more than 6,000 cubic yards material onsite at any one time, including finished product, shall submit this form to the Department prior to June 1st of each year.
