The Shoreline Stabilization form should be used to apply for a 401 Water Quality Certification for activities eligible for coverage under U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Regional General Permits 30, 79, or 80. This includes, but is not limited to, shoreline stabilization on Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) regulated lakes, Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA) regulated lakes, and certain private lakes. This form does not apply to property within the twenty coastal counties that are affected by the Division of Coastal Management (CAMA) rules.
