20. Other recommendations and comments: Met with Brent Fernandes for the inspection.Mining has continued since last inspection.
Mr.Fernandes stated that he has been in weekly contact with Adam Parr and also told Mr. Parr to fine him the$5000 a day.The site is operating
without a mining permit and is in violation.No additional mining is to be conducted until a mining permit has been issued for this site.
