Subject: Piedmont Lithium Carolinas
Please don't issue the permit! This area is to populated and a real risk to Lake Wylie and down to SC
if Indian creek is cut off and backfilled. It runs into the south fork river 2 miles from this pit. This
company has been shady from the start and can't be trusted. There is over 1900 signatures to stop
this project at the change.org site. It's like nuking a place in the middle of many small towns. This is
not the desert in an isolated area! Its close to the city of Lincolnton NC. They have already caused
local water well issues. The old lithium mine in Bessemer city is still toxic. Land values are going to
drop like a rock around the pit!
Please don't let money and power ruin this area! Send these people back to Australia or to another
location! PLEASE!
I live 3 miles from the location!
