sand and granite on property located at the above address. The State of North Carolina requires us to notify neighboring owners of record based
upon the provisions N.C.G.S. 7450(b1) of the Mining Act of 1971. Attached to this letter is the official State of North Carolina notice form. For your
information, we have also included our proposed mine map indicating our proposed mining permit boundaries as well as our proposed generalized
facility layout.
We would also like to invite you to our Community Informational Session about our proposed project. The Information Session will be held, on
Monday. September 11 from 6:30 pm to 8:00 nm at the Pros ect Hill Fire Station 5 11621 NC HWY 86 South. Prospect Hill NC 27314). Food will
