Notes: Reclamation Plan
1. All stock piles and mining equipment/facilities will be removed from site
2. All existing storm water basins and settling ponds shall be backfilled/stabilized/seeded, with the exception of the pit
de -watering pond and the entrance pond will remain as noted above.
3. All mining related refuse will be removed from site and properly disposed of per applicable regulations
4. Onsite office, scale house, and maintenance shop will remain onsite for future use.
5. Both the asphalt plant and ready mix concrete Facilities, associated structures, stock piles, and refuse, will also be
removed from site and properly disposed of per applicable regulations
6. The open pits (A and B) will be allowed to be filled with water
7. Property access shall be controlled via the two proposed gated access points
8. The final open pit perimeters will be fenced as noted in the below provided detail
9. Direct access into the open pit ramps system will be barricaded via large boulders stacked end to end
10. All remaining uncompleted cut slope and/or overburden disposal areas will be graded to a minimum of 2-foot horizontal
to 1-foot vertical, stabilized and seeded
11. Final pit cross-section will be the same as the active pit cross-section
