Would you please re-submit page 2of the application with the correct mine permit#. The page that
was sent in (and cover letter) show permit#35-04. The Enka Quarry is Permit# 11-03.

We are submitted a mine permit modification for the Enka Quarry. It should be delivered
tomorrow. VMC has a tenant that is developing part of the existing stockpile area for a concrete
plant and is installing a new access road.
Attached is a sharefile link where you can download the digital copies of the maps and documents.
