Please find enclosed 2 copies of the mine map, reclamation map, and a review fee of $750.00. Also
enclosed are one original and 3 copies of the mine permit application and 3 additional copies of the cover
letter for your review. A link to download the digital copies of the submission will be sent to you by
email.
The mine permit is being modified to add a tenant site for a concrete plant. Most of the project will be
constructed within the existing stockpile area, but there will be an additional 0.9 acres disturbed for the
construction of the access drive. The following revisions to the mine maps have been made:
• Added a tenant site for a concrete plant on the north side of the site. A separate set of construction
drawings have been provided for the development of the site and construction of erosion control
measures.
• Updated the mine map and reclamation map with current aerial topography.
• Updated the names of adjacent property owners.
• Updated the stream buffers to reflect the current location of Hominy Creek.
• Updated the location of the 25'/50 unexcavated buffer to reflect the location of existing roads and
stream buffers.
• Added additional road labels to public roads located near the quarry.
• Added the previous submitted pit cross-section to the mine permit and reclamation maps and the
proposed profile to the reclamation map. The existing ground profile was updated to reflect the
current topo. Please note that there were only minor changes between the current and previous
existing ground profile.
• Updated the reclamation plan notes to reflect the current and proposed site activities.
• Updated the affected acreage chart based on the current aerial mapping and the proposed site
activities.
