please deny Mi6ling Permit 92 10 and Ipreseirve the Iprlistine character and
access to Umstead Park. My faimHy has walked, jogged, (bilked lin Umstead
since we moved to Cary lin 1984. It has been teacNing inatuire, Ihealfing
PTST (son's return from Iraq) and Ikeelping my husband and l healthy as
we age. We notice lincreased use as Ipopullations and respect for inatuire's
vallues grow. The quarry already produces unwanted inolise and air
pollution and should Ibe sunset as soon as legal. Expansion of area inear
airport would help absorb growth and could foster imouintallin bilking. Having
locall assets like Umstead also reduce gas consumption and is good for
sustallinabifity lin geneiraL Thank you.
