All, Please see the attached application for Vulcan Materials Enka Quarry (Permit 11-03). They are seeking to have a condition added to their permit that would allow them to bring in clean concrete for recycle. Nothing else in the application is changing, so maps are minimal. Please provide any comments you may have as soon as you can. I have already let the applicant know that the permit # shown on the letter and application are incorrect. They've listed #35-04, but the correct # is 11-03 Thanks, Adam Parr, PE Assistant State Mining Engineer Division of Energy, Mineral and Land Resources North Carolina Department of Environmental Quality Office: (919) 707-9207 Cell: (919) 441-7157 FAX: (919) 715-8801 Email: adam.parr(@ncdenr.gov Physical Address: 512 N Salisbury Street Mailing Address: 1612 Mail Service Center Raleigh, North Carolina 27699-1612 Mining Program Website: https://deq.nc.gov/mining-program 6p QNA oopMlns01 ErW&WM 4#I aa11y Email correspondence to and from this address is subject to the North Carolina Public Records Law and may be disclosed to third parties
