Subject: 11-03 - Enka Quarry - Modification - Buncombe Co.
All,
Please see the attached application for Vulcan Materials Enka Quarry (Permit 11-03). They are
seeking to have a condition added to their permit that would allow them to bring in clean concrete
for recycle. Nothing else in the application is changing, so maps are minimal.
Please provide any comments you may have as soon as you can.
I have already let the applicant know that the permit # shown on the letter and application are
incorrect. They've listed #35-04, but the correct # is 11-03
Thanks,
