increased alkalinity, deposition of suspended solids and other chemicals.The permit application does not provide
sufficient information on the pre-screening of material that will be accepted (i.e., 'clean concrete'), BMPs necessary, etc.
in order to make a determination. DWR will defer to DEMLR stormwater permitting authority regarding this question.
