Past certifications have been sent to Dr. Wen directly by the engineer or the applicant so I had
assumed it had been sent. Since I hadn't heard anything since November, I emailed my copy to
Dr. Wen last week on the 12th. I have not heard a reply yet.

The County has approved the rezoning for the Bill Lane Sand Pit so the proposed use is allowed by the
County. In terms of the No -Rise Certification, the County is in receipt and has no issue with the
Certification as long as the State gives final approval of the Certification. If you have any questions for
