Per our conversations this morning and earlier this month..
Mr. Lane has a permit application for a new mining permit, Bill Lane Pit, in Wayne County.
On July 10, 2020 Judy Wehner sent the company requesting additional information for a stream
determination and a wetland determination approved by the US Corps of Engineers. The company
recently is received these terminations.
Since it had been more than 180 days since Judy's email, I was prepared to tell the company that
they needed to start over. The company has now supplied us with an emails that was sent to Judy on
December 28, 2020 requesting an extension. This appears to have slip through and no written
extension was issued.
Since the company did follow procedures we would like to honor their December 28 request,
extending the time to supply us the information that was requested an additional year from the date
of the quest.
Please advise if this is acceptable.
