Subject: re -dating a package.
The additional information package contained in this package was received by the security officer at the
Archdale building on Friday, October 15, 2021.
The consultant did notify the Mining Program that Friday that he had dropped is packaged off and had
left it with the security office. For this reason, I have re -dated this package such that the company did
comply with the deadline on the ADI for this application.
