The Director of the Division of Energy, Mineral and Land Resources, Mr. Brian Wrenn, has reviewed your
consultant's, T. Patrick Shillington, letter dated May 19, 2021 in which he requested a 4-month extension of time
to respond to the Department's request for supplemental information regarding the issuance of the referenced permit.
The request for an extension has been granted. Should the Department not receive a complete response to its
December 11, 2020 request for additional information by October 15, 2021, The Director will make a decision on
the issuance based on the information currently on file.
