Dear Mr. Wrenn:
This is a request to extend om• response to the letter dated December 11, 2020, by Mr. Adam Parr,
that requested additional information for the submitted mine modification.
The requested additional information includes the jurisdictional determination with the US Army
Corps of Engineers concerning the delineation of streams and wetlands at the mine. Ms. Robin
Perez, Licensed Soil Scientist, has conducted the delineation, but we have not had the Army Corps
of Engineers visit the site.
It is unlikely that this issue will be resolved by mid -June and request, on behalf of General Shale
Brick, to extend our response submittal to October 15, 2021.
