The Director of the Division of Energy, Mineral and Land Resources, Mr. Brian Wrenn, has reviewed your letter
of June 30, 2022, in which he requested an extension of time to respond to the Departments request for supplemental
information regarding the issuance of the referenced permit.
The request for an extension has been granted. Should the Department not receive a complete response to its
January 14, 2022, request for additional information by January 8, 2023, The Director will make a decision on the
issuance based on the information currently on file.
