Date: Wednesday, January 26, 2022 10:53:00 AM Tim, There was a transfer in December of 2019 and the name was changed. It is labeled as Scotland Pit on the permit and in IBEAM. The Yes/No on the application was a mistake on the form where the boxes automatically checked eachother. This was corrected on a revision of the application, but I will have them verify that it is an internal modification. Adam, Comments: • We show this mine number listed as Morgan Sand Mine so we need to make sure we have consistency in naming nomenclature. • Item 1 in the mining permit application indicates "yes" and "no" response regarding acreage outside the previously approved permitted boundary. Explain and/or modify. Take care and let me know if we need to discuss further. Adam, Unfortunately based on conversations with Nick this am it looks like he will be out for a few to several days. I will do my best to take a look at it today but if you don't hear from me and it can't wait until Nick returns, I would recommend proceeding with what you have. Take care. Tim, Do you think it will be a few days or will it lead into next week? The comment request date was 1/10/22, so we are already over by a few weeks.
