Thanks so much for working with Mr. Andrews to credit his annual fee payments towards his new
mining permit application fee, the balance of which is $3,400. Tara Group will issue and send you
this new check so you can destroy the existing check.
Per your request during our meeting on April 21, 2021, please find attached a mining permit
boundary overview map with geospatial location information added for each corner. Please let me
know if this supplemental map is acceptable and if this electronic submission is all that is needed.

application review process, please let me know and we will get it to you.

Thanks for the time on the phone. Please let Mr. Charlie Andrews know as we discussed about the
prorated application fee.
Because the original permit expired in 2017, you correctly applied for a "NEW" mining permit.
We will prorate the application fee with the Annual fees you have been paying since 2017. Our

records show that you have paid $1,600.00 in Annual fees since 2017. The fee for a "NEW" permit
of 42.8 acres would be $5,000.00, therefore your prorated amounted would be the difference of
$5,000.00 and $1600.00.
Please provide an application fee of $3,400.00.
Once we receive this application fee of $3,400.00 1 will shred the previously submitted $5000.00
check.
